Denim Day!

Browsing onto some of my old photos on my phone, I happened to arrive at two filtered photographs about me and my friends wearing denim for a day. As planned out about wearing all about denim for a particular random day, it all started when like a few of my college friends happened to possess denim long sleeves ( I do have high hopes that denim are like the In Thing of today’s fashion sense).

Since one of my friends desperately wanted to have a denim outfit, we went thrift-shopping in our city to find the perfect denim outfit for her. So as not to throw my other friend out of our sinking boat of ideas, we had decided to get her one too. Stopping from one store to the other, we finally had found a knock-out good of a deal denim outfit. Much as we like to hover all of those clothes and deeply emptying our pockets for shopping, we had decided to wear all denim for a day which took the event the day after we had shopped for the needed outfit.

Things were gone smoothly during one of the busy days of our review sessions for our Board Examination, which immediately put a turned heads up when one by one of us entered the venue with the matching denim outfits. As I recalled, a lot of my batch mates had asked us if we happen to plan this one out. But, we had jumped into consideration that we won’t tell anyone about planning this deal about our clothes.
And later the not-so-fun listening to lectures had flown in and we just felt like taking a photo in that particular denim day! Here it is:

Life has plenty of good parts. It’s the rough parts that make you thankful you have people to share it with.

I’ve been kidnapped…

Here’s another i guess a fun entry in my recent events of my life.
I could definitely remember that very last night before I was forwarding and jumping into excitement about taking the NLE (nursing licensure exam) which apparently took place at a different city.
While i’m in my doomest hours of whether I should collect myself to study for the examination and literally crying out for help to the Almighty God. Suddenly I received a text from a former classmate of mine way back in highschool, which I also regard as a dear close friend. Asking me if i was busy at the very moment.
Not knowing what else to response, I had this imaginary thinking of responding about reading my notes and books. and just one quick reply she said, “Okay, see you soon.” and a “haha” phrase at the end.
I had no idea what she was talking about the see you soon, probably because I might have thought she maybe looking forward on seeing me after she had crossed over waters and arrived here in my city which I clearly recalled she was in a different time zone at that very hour.
Still praying and deciding what should I do next, I heard our doorbell rang and like creepily looked out in the window and saw my friends.
So there and that, they had this not really good turned-out plans of me having been kidnapped before I emerge myself in solving those 500-item exam for my future sake.
But, in between having a fun night or plain studying for exam which I can no longer can concentrate on all those words, I decided to jump for fun. So, somehow they made this bold idea of placing a note at my mom’s bedroom door just to inform her about my whereabouts for the night.
And fortunately I took a photo of their so-called kidnap note for me:

It was indeed one fun-kidnapped date with friends. Never regretted it, and surely I’m looking for future projects of the kidnappers. ^_^
